OK, I have the semi-final list of everyone participating in the Secret Santa. If there are any last minute people that want to join just let me know. So below is the list of who I have participating and where they prefer to exchange. If everyone can post what their preferences are in regards to gifts. For example, if you would rather have a gift for yourself, your dogs, of if it doesn't matter. If your dogs have any allergic reactions to things or if some toys are off limits please include that (i.e. no rawhide, no rope toys, grain free, etc.) @robke Exchange anywhere @Jo Exchange anywhere @Aris Exchange anywhere @DanUK Exchange anywhe…

It's taken 3 years to build this bond but Lilly and Sydney sure do have a lot of love for each other. I often think that Sydney thinks she's a dog, she shares their water bowl, I have often caught her getting dog treats and giving them to Lambo and Lilly from the tin..... if only she would make them sit first π. But just thought I'd share that cat and husky relationships are possible π

It's extremely important to me and my heart to name a dog with a positive meaning. (They like it too!) Here are what my dogs' names mean: *ALINAH*[emoji178]=(God Is My Light) *ARMANI*[emoji170]=(Faith/Belief) *APOLLO*[emoji171]=(Greek God Of Music/Sun) (When "APOLLO" died last year on my birthday unexpectedly, I was devastated, heartbroken & lost and really needed some FAITH since he was my life. So that's where ARMANI got his name from, the word FAITH!!) And ALINAH, which I had never heard of that name before, I looked up her name up and it had an awesome meaning!! *WHAT DOES YOUR DOG'S NAME MEAN??π€ ~ANGIE, ARMANI & ALINAH~

This time with Skyla , walked her earlier n noticed she was limping a little bit , when we got home she chucked herself down onto the garden to roll around on the grass , got up n wouldn't put her leg down , the vets said that with arthritis the body tries to heal itself with little bits of bone when she's chucked herself down she's jolted it n caused her joint to flare up! She's such a doughnut , luckily she's ok n nothing else needs doing other than what we're already doing for her arthritis but omg how many more vet visits do I need before I might aswell just move in lol Sent from my E6653 using Husky Owners mobile app

Good evening all! Simka here barking that it sure has been waaaaay too long since mommy and me and Grizz and the boys checked out this site! Hope everyone has been well. Well, unfortunately for most every human living in Maine this past week, there has been no power. We had some sc-sc-scary wind and rain storms last Monday and the power went out There were so many trees down and power lines that some humans are still in the dark Fortunately it is still kinda warm out and not the middle of winter! Mommy has this thing called a gemer, germa, er genamerator thingy that kept the lights and heat on at our house! GrizzLees house still does not have power, but they have…

OMG!!! Iβm training Luka to βsettleβ outside on walks and to be fair weβve had nearly a week of him walking past other dogs with no growling or pulling and then this total bleeeeeep letβs his fluffy poodle type, (quite cute really just has an idiot for an owner) walk right up to both of them whilst Iβm waiting to cross the road and he was walking behind me, Luka nearly jumped out of his skin and started growling, hackles up, the fluffy one reacted and the idiot was smiling and walked on. Heβs done this before a couple of months ago, it took a while to calm Luka down and last night heβs back to growling on the walk. Back to square one with settle, I know itβll come eventua…

Hi All, I have a question for all you dog owners that use a harness to walk your dogs.....Does you dog also wear a collar with a name tag on??? The reason I ask is because in the UK the "The Control of Dogs Order 1992 Acts" States that "every dog while in a highway or in a place of public resort shall wear a collar with the name and address of the owner inscribed on the collar or on a plate or badge attached to it." I have never used a collar with Mowgli and his name tag is attached to his Harness so it looks like I am breaking the law I have emailed Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) which deals with these things asking but do…

So yet another incident, as we turned the corner to cross the road a beagle on an extended lead, fully extended, came around at the same time, the beagle growled and barked then went to bite Cai, Luka and Cai reacted, lots of growling from all 3, fortunately when Iβm walking thru town I keep the leads close to me so I pulled them closer and said βeasyβ and both of them stopped growling and sat, I was speechless, the beagle was trying to get to them, his owner was struggling to pull him back and my 2 were just quiet, so we walked on home. So pleased with how training is coming along, special tea for them tonight. Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners mobile app

Good evening all! (Pant, pant) it's Simka here panting that I hope everyone is doing as best they can with all the terrible storms lately! π³ Sheesh!, Well, apparently Mr. Summer got lost in his travels, and came back to Maine. It has been sooooo hot and humid! Lucky for me, mommy did not jump the gun and close up our swimming pool for the year. Despite the air being hot and sticky, mommy insists that I enjoy it because the old man Winter dude will be visiting soon enough! Over at Carol's (ok GrizzLee's), it has been even worse: Grizz and Rusty and Snickers have not taken the humidity well and have been very restless and chewing EVERYTHING they can sink their slobbery t…

so we went to the vets again today for his second vaccine and to check on his tooth. Turns out this vet thinks it has some pulp showing meaning that although he may not be in pain anymore it is likely going to get infected one day.. whilst looking in his mouth he also noticed he has practically worn all his back teeth down so there isnt a point anymore meaning when he gets older this will cause issues. so onto the surgery. Hes booked in for the 13th of October 2017.. his surgery after my discounts is going to cost Β£330 - this is 2 20% off vouchers and a 10% off voucher ive only just got myself "out of debt" so this is also stressful[emoji58] The things we d…
