I know when looking to get a husky eye and coat colour are not the things you should be looking at first... but looking past that, what is everyones favorite eye and coat colours on huskies? Certain markings you like? For me, my all time favorite is a pure white husky with bright blue eyes. Second to that would be a light silver and white with bright blue eyes and a white face (no mask). This is just me, but that is what I love. Anyone who has their "dream" husky please show them off! If you have a white or silver and white one, please share those too!

This is such a great gift for those people who are always cold, I just bought a bunch of them for the people on my Christmas list, and the best part is they donate a blanket to a shelter dog for every one purchased, that's a win, win in my book!! https://konabenellie.com/

Hello everyone, Daisy and I have been doing well, she just turned 2 years old a few months ago. She is such a good dog, Labs are awesome breeds. I come bearing good news: I am getting a purebred German Shepherd puppy! Pick-up will be December 28th, so relatively soon. I made sure it is from a reputable breeder, who not only breeds and trains dogs for the police (working lines), but is also trying to correct the breed's sloped back through her breeding program. I would have posted pictures, but technically I don't know exactly which puppy I will be getting from the litter. The breeder matches the personality of the puppy up with the personality of the owner to …

Question about fish?? Anyone on here a fisherman? Or know a fisherman? [emoji23] or has experience of whole fresh fish please, ....... I was dividing up sprats to put in the freezer and when I was doing this I found a long worm in one of the fish it was maybe about 1-2cm?, it was curled up in a coil at one end, it was thin and kinda whitey-pale pinkish in colour and at the other end pointed at the end it moved like really slow ... I dont know what it is but I accidently dropped it in my kitchen and cant find it so its just roaming around in there... now that its in the kitchen can this affect me, my 2 yr old child or my puppy? Could it be harmful? Would it lay eggs in…

Hey guys, im not sure if this is even the right place to post this kind of question but any help is highly appreciated. I’m looking for Husky pups to buy, I would like one with big blue eyes and nice markings when older/ fully grown. My question is, out of these two pups which one will have really blue eyes? Also do you guys have any pics on how the markings/black marks might look when formed? Thank you!

I was driving home today in our neighborhood & saw this large 3-legged dog on leash w/a young mom & her baby in a stroller. I don't know what happened, but suddenly the mom yanked her black dog with the leash as hard as she could from the grass to the street & caused it to fall very hard on the pavement! The dog got up & got back in the grass & she yanked the dog again cursing & caused it to fall again! By her doing that, her water & things went flying on the street & she even caused her own baby & stroller to turn over on it's side she was so mad! (That is ANIMAL ABUSE BIG TIME w/her handicapped doggie!!) Anyway, I turned my car aroun…

What is everyones opinions on raising husky puppies with cats? Who has a husky and a cat? I just thought I would see everyones opinions as I know a lot of people think they don't mix, and others will say otherwise. My two husky mixes (half siberian husky, half scotch collie) are perfect with our 3 cats, despite the breeder warning me to keep them away from cats (they have not killed or injured cats or other animals before, just the breeder thinking of their prey drive). My male just ignores the cats, lets the cats love on him, and he will occasionally get in-between two of the cats if they are playing and he will whine. My female is exceptional with the cats, she lo…

Suggesting when people make comments that are negative, mean or not nice, the moderators should discuss consequences and come to a consensus about *SUSPENDING* that person. *I'll be happy to be the first to be suspended (a week, two weeks, terminated), whatever you all decide, since I was not very nice today. (Give us an option to explain ourselves, for example,...I just had NASAL SURGERY, feel like crap, and was not thinking clearly.) Maybe their should be consequences. What do you all think?? ~ANGIE, ARMANI & ALINAH~

So living in Florida it gets hot year round and the last thing I want is bags of dog poop in my garage heating up and smelling horrible all week while I wait for garbage day. What I have come up with something I like to call the “PoopChute” to store the bags outside while waiting for garbage day as to avoid smelling the garage and seeping into the house. What this consists of is a 3” PVC tube at 3’ in length. At the bottom I have a threaded 3” PVC cap with holes drilled in it to allow for any fluids that get in to drip out. For the top portion I have placed a 3” PVC 90degree bend so that I do not need to open it up to dispose of bags and is curved to avoid as much r…

Hi All, I got Mowgli castrated around 6 months ago as my friends and family said it will calm him down etc. I read alot on the internet and on the Owners Club prior to him having the OP and it seemed to make sense and shut everyone up. Before getting Mowgli done he was a very happy dog and loved everyone and every dog. A couple of weeks after his op and to present day he is now VERY aggressive towards EVERY male intact dogs. I am lucky that I have come to know most the regular dog walkers in my area and they are very tolerant of Mowgli when he tries to kill there dog and most are trying to help me overcome the issues. The other night we met a couple of do…
