Currently reading Metro 2033. I love post-apocalyptic books/movies and I instantly fell in love with this one too. It also has some fantasy included which makes it even more interesting!

I'm going to look into this one! Spaciba!

Been reading nineteen minutes by Jodie picoult since August, lol. Spent too much time on chat recently so it's been neglected.

Just killing time until a new book comes out by one of my favourites......

Patricia Cornwell.

Michael Connolly.

Cecelia aherne.

I've picked up several books, been reading them for some time, simultaneously:

Revelation_Space_cover_%28Amazon%29.jpg

Altered_Carbon_cover_1_%28Amazon%29.jpg

What can I say, I'm a big fan of Sci-Fi and fiction. :D

Anyway, if there are any Sci-Fi fans out there, please don't hesitate to suggest me a good read. I've read some stuff from Arthur Clarke, the most recent book was Rendezvous with Rama - an amazing book indeed.

Enders Game by Orson Scott Card

this is a must for Sci-fi fans and a classic, read it before the movie destroys the story. I believe they leave out a major piece in the main characters development to get the PG13 rating.

...just finished Wool by Hugh Howey. A very good novel set in an underground silo in a dystopian future.

Ohh, must check if it's available somewhere in Bulgaria! I just finished a few dystopian stories that I read through the last month:

R.U.R by Chapek

We by Zamyatin

Animals Farm by Orwell

451 Fahrenheit by Bradbury

The first two were not so well written, although We is the better one among them, however Animals Farm and 451 Fahrenheit absolutely won me. My problem with the dystopian genre is that I feel really overwhelmed after reading a few pages; it's like I disconnect from the real world and afterwards when I look around I need a bit of time to re-adjust to my surrounding.

This is also on my to-read list for a while now, I've heard exactly the same - must-read for every sci-fi fan out there. Plus I don't really want to watch the movie before reading the book.

Currently reading The Doomed City by the Strugatsky brothers.

Started world war z last night its a little odd as anyone else read it ?

Strange book, and totally different to the film.

I tend to follow certain authors, kerrylyn sparks, Christine feehan, g a aiken, lots of vampire/shifter romance comedy, but I love the action books as well, reacher is great, but I think I like the Jack west Jr series and scarecrow by Matthew Reilly a little more, both fast paced visually stunning and packed with characters you either love or hate.

I will confess I love zombie books ! The dead series by Joseph talluto is a firm favourite, as is patient zero by johnathen maberry.

Out of the books I have read over the last 2 weeks, I would recommend:

Karin Slaughter: Fractured, A Faint Cold Fear, Blindsighted

Martina Cole: The Jump

Karen Rose: Silent Scream

Jo Nesbo: Nemesis

Kate Quinn: Mistress of Rome

David Baldacci: Split Second, The Hit (still reading)
