Mr Rickard said: “It was a magnificent sight. People are shocked at first because they think they look like wolves, but when they come over huskies are very friendly.†He added: “They are very good-looking dogs, but they’re a…

Ok guys here is the bit: Everytime we have small bursts of rain(about 30 minutes every 3 weeks), Our abandoned pool gets at least 5 inches of water. Frogs always go to our abandoned pool because I think they want to have pool parties when there's water in there. When Twinkie came in my house and learned how to go down the pool, she'll always. and I mean ALWAYS, hunt down frogs especially Bull Frogs. She'll run to the water and then sniff the frogs out. I usually catch her tracking them down and end up taking her inside the house because I'm really scared of her getting frog poisoned. One time I was out just watching Twinkie run aroun…

A dog has died after being left hanging from a bridge over the River Irwell in Greater Manchester. A member of the public found the female cross-breed attached to a chain off the cycle bridge in Bury on Saturday. The RSPCA described the incident as "unbelievable" and appealed for information so they could find the person who "could do such a thing". RSPCA inspector Caroline Hall said: "This dog suffered a horrendous death. If anyone knows anything get in touch." The metal chain had been tied around a pole on the bridge. The dog was wearing a green leather collar. It was not wearing an ID tag and had not been micr…

Man United have signed a new striker from Nigeria. On his first day of training, Fergie picked up the ball and said 'BALL' then pointed at the goal and said 'Goal. Then he demonstrated a kicking motion and said 'Kick' understand, 'Kick ball, goal, GOOOOOAAAALLL!' Eventually the young African plucks up courage to say "Excuse me Mr Ferguson but I speak very good English", to which Fergie replies ' Sit down son, I'm talking to Berbatov.'

Just been reading up on this. Aparently there was a prototype iphone that has been found in a bar by someone who has now been blogging about it ect... Read more here Now is there just me that thinks this is just excellent marketing by Apple? I mean just leave an iphone prototype lying around in an opportune spot, see what the feedback is on the blogs and if its rubbish you can just say this was a very early prototype and start over ... Seems like an excellent scam to me

Dogs have been banned from 72 parks in a local council area. They have been outlawed from sites including play areas, fields and open spaces by Newark and Sherwood District Council, Nottinghamshire. Animal welfare officers, park rangers and police community support officers can issue on-the-spot fines of £75 for breaches of the Dog Control Orders and on owners failing to remove dog faeces from all relevant areas. Other orders also ban people from taking more than six dogs on leads on to two areas in the district and others say dogs must be kept on leads in eight areas. The council said it had worked with parish councils w…
