Found this while reserching a paper for uni and thought although its not a law its a least a good start for people who want to educate themselves about the right way to go about getting a dog or puppy! Well done to all the animal welfare associations for a step in the right direction.. now we just have to make it mandatory and get a law through about puppy farmers and were nearly there! My link
