Lil Miss Bump
have noticed that dufuss always has to have his nose (or snout!) burried in something or hiding to be really comfy and chilled out! is anyone else's sibe like this?? for example if in the car he'll burry his nose into the side of the seat, or if he's on you into your arm or under the crook of your back.....ozzy isn't like this at all!!! oh yeah and the ONLY place he'll dig is the water bowls....again ozzy doesn't do this, is it to cool down or something???? Rosemary
Ozzy curls up and hides his nose under his tail and Micah's favourite place is to lie next to or on my husband on the couch and hide her face in his neck - I will try and get a pic
ice
i think that when sibes was first bred they use to hide there noses under there tails to keep warm from the snow and also to stop it getting sun burnt from the sun, its just one of the husky traits

Cathy
If I'm reclining on the couch, Dakota likes to walk over, stand beside me, and stuff his head behind my pillow. No idea what that is about!

Val (Zebedee)
Myshka will curl up with her nose tucked under her tail, Diesel's still losing weight to try this Myshka will also walk over to you if you're sat on the sofa & force her muzzle between you & the arm of the sofa, burying her head right down - 2 mins later, she comes up for air & sneezes!! TeflonDave
The digging in water thing is to keep cool. The only place a dog sweats from is the pads on it's feet
