Marc Posted November 25, 2009 Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 Amazed me how the media have put up on the website that the bank has won when thats not actualy the case ... The courts have rules that the OFT is not in a posision to ivestigate them, which means they have not ruled the bank charges are fair.
