Surely though Sooner or later the sea will have eroded the lower part of the cliffs to a point where the upper part is ready to break off and collapse into the sea, taking that pretty house with it. I love the water and sure it would be kind of scary at the beginning, but built correctly and with the right materials? You should be just fine. Also you don't build something like this on a coast which is known for it's Earthquakes or Seaquakes or other natural disasters.. And erosion of the cliffs below?
