Unfortunatly I dont have time to do a video at the moment however I will be doing one later on today. But for now here is a few screenshots as a taster. Permissions to access the system will be sorted shortly. EVENTS SYSTEM So first of all you will see a calender view like below. You will notice that there is also a weekly view and a view of upcoming events amoungst others. Please disregard the bit about streams as this will be getting removed. So clicking on the post new event will give you a screen similar to the post new thread screen, but with a few more options. This is the top part of the form, which is simply what you want to call it and a description And now for the fun bit. You will see before you can add in a location, meaning you can show the people you want to attend, where the event actually is!!!! Venue is just what you would like to call the venue, however adding to the address and City,State,Zip fields will allow you to locate the event place ... Clicking on refresh will refresh the map to your given location. (circled) You can then click on the tiny calenders which will give you a popup calender to add the date and times of your event. AND YOU CAN TICK IF YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO RSVP!!!!!! Recurring events can also be selected here. (circled these areas) This is then your final view of the event you have created and what others will see. People can say if they are coming as they can on facebook, so you will be able to see a quick list of who is attending events, and also add comments directly to the event.
