Smithy
A question about their feet, and are your huskies feet ticklish? When we first got Smithy we did the usual puppy things, made sure he got used to bieng touched mouth, feet, etc but now can touch mouth etc. but feet are a no,no area and so are Noushkas, so just wondering if any others are the same?... siberian_wolf
my 3 have ticklish feet. Especially Bandit! Gizmo doesn't seem to mind me handling his front paws without pulling them away but will always try and pull his back paws away.

Austinville
I wouldn't say Bo has ticklish feet, he simply HATES it when you touch his feet at all. As a youngster, he didn't mind it so much, but as he's grown older (since age 10 or so) it has progressively gotten worse. Now at 14, he doesn't get around like he did and we now have to have his nails clipped at the vets office. At the last visit, we had to sedate him a bit to accomplish this very necessary task. Poor old pup.
laura_3173
oh right i always wondered why Lex wouldn't let us touch his feet he lets us touch his mouth and ears etc but whenever i touch his feet he pulls them away i wonder if he is ticklish! Sqwidge
lol!! My parents in law's dog has really tickly back feet, inbetween the pads, we do it every now and then because she goes mental, will run off as soon as we've stopped and run round the house, come back to us, we tickle again, then she's off again...so so funny!
