Well, here goes, day 1 of my think thin / eat thin program!!!!

I weighed myself this morning (not telling you my exact weight but will give you a clue xxst 3lb lol)

I've had my salad and crackerbread for dinner and am quite content at the moment lol.

Have been very good so far, had a really bad sugar craving this morning so had half a cup of Options hot chocolate -AND i poured the other half away how good am I lol lol

I took Kimba out yesterday for a 3 hour walk, don't know who was more tired at the end of it him or me lol but - day 1, so far so good, no naughties have passed my lips as yet :)

Hey Sarah...sounds like your doing well! U go girl!!!! I'll be joining u on monday.....have to say i've been really bad this week ;) but its so hard in a hotel miles from anywhere!!!! Last big sin tonight as we're off out to celebrate end of clinical training woohoo so meal out and then drinks!!! Best enjoy it...as ure doing so weel I will endevour to follow your good example!!!! xx
