Kinda think your boss is missing the point (and a sensitivity chip too!) it's the fact they're messing this up at every opportunity they can that makes it so stressful. This isn't the first mistake and it all takes its toll. Even the best of us has our limits of how much cr** we can take. hang in there Storm, like Mazz said, get your foot in the door and then let them have it with both barrels!!! Lol.
