Recommended Posts

Hi, My name is Andy and I would like to introduce you all to Koda. She is 15 weeks old (14/03/2010)

I've attached 3 photos of Koda the last one shows Echo who is Koda's surrogate mum. She is a 2year old white GSD.

Hi, Andy, welcome to the pack

Koda is so sweet! Did Echo take to her straight away? They are beautiful dogs! Look forward to more pics :D

Yes Echo took her in like she was her own pup, and Koda (8 weeks old at the time) wasted no time in snuggling up behind/under and on top of Echo to sleep.

now at 15 weeks she's giving Echo a bit more space but still loves to snuggle.

Added a pic of Koda ( at 9 weeks) and Echo

aw, Echo must make a nice, warm, comfy cushion! Echo is obviously a good influence on Koda :D

Ahem . . .erm. . .actually we're hoping Koda will calm Echo down a bit.

Echo is a rescue dog and was never socialised with humans or other dogs (her original owner was an 86 year old housbound pensioner !!!) When we got her a year ago she didn't know how to co-ordinate her legs to run.

Although she is massively improved from when we got her she is still aggressive to adult dogs (never puppies or younglings) and people if they give off the wrong vibes.

Within our family circle and dogs we have been able to socialise her properly with she is loving and friendly.

We are hoping Kodas placid nature will rub off.

sorry the page failed so I sent it again and got two. . .lol

White GSD's are quite common but according to the Kennel club and other breed standardising organisations, white is an undesirible colour and is marked as a defect (elitist ba$!ard$)!!

Her faults are down to her original owner. For us she is a loving, fun and intelligent companion

This is my favourite piccy of her

Has a white GSD years ago i called her storm the strange thing about her, she would not use a door ever, i had to open a windiw for her to go in an out xxx

Wow! that must've been a pain, would've been funny to see though.

Echo is a master at opening doors, tho' she hasn't figured out the double handle on the front door (YET)!!
