a couple ov questions

  • can you give anything to a dog for arthritus like glugosamine (sorry cant spell) or do they need summin specially for dogs we no bings is gonna get arthritus at sum point cuz iv his bad leg hes abit stiff wit it now so just wondering if they can have human stuff for it or does he need special dog stuff?

  • how can u get hair dye off a dog dyed my hair n it dripped on2 the towel on the floor n blaze went n rolled in it any ideas?

I give Bo Glucosamine....He gets 500 mg per day. I've noticed a difference in him since he gets it. I started because I take it for my knees and can tell within a day if I haven't taken mine....

thnx becky he will have 2 start havin that then how shud we give it him? as we r noticin after hes bin asleep when he gets up hes rly stiff and hes hoppin alot more than normal too

I place a bit of cream cheese on the end of Bo's and he takes it just fine. I give it every a.m. He actually comes to get it if I've forgotten (probably for the cheese!)

right well unfortunately we didnt have time 2 bath his as it was soooo l8 so hes gonna have a bath 2nite ive rubbed his face wit milk as i herd thats how u get it off skin n i think its faded so when he dries we will c if its faded if it has we will just keep rubbin it wit milk till its gone

good news tho my dad thinks thats hes chewed a pen n that its ink so im not in trouble lol

My sisters old dog (Bull Mastiff mix Staffie called Rudy) had arthitis and was on Glucosamine (not sure how much) and it made a great improvement, he still had problems with things like stairs, getting in and out of the car, etc but he used to struggle alot with basic walking and the meds certainly helped him with light exercise, etc.

For the medication, I would go and get some veterinary advice first.
