Remi

Recommended Posts

Today Remi went to the vets too , she's been struggling a bit with her back legs and lost some weight but a couple of days ago she started breathing heavily ,the heavy breathing can be dealt with, with antibiotics but her legs and the weight is old age :( my poor baby is slowing down

What a way to start 2018

I'm praying REMI will be just fine. She's a beauty!

She's ok in herself but she's had a couple of falls in the cage from top to bottom :( because she can't balance on her legs so well anymore so I'm looking into getting her some fall breaker hammocks to catch her it's all about just making her comfortable now and adapting the cage for her

She is so lucky to have you  and I am positive she knows it and knows how much you love her.

Oh bless her. Are there any supplements that rats can take to help with the stiffness in her legs?

Remi is adorable!! It's a shame they don't live longer kind of the way Ron's rat lived for 13 years that would be nice I sure hope she is okay

* I read this and the first thing that came to mind was Scabers off of Harry Potter probably because I watched it yesterday.

Nooo we don't need babies n I'd feel bad neutering him n having him alone until he's ready and then have the hassle of integrating him , maybe after the girls

Remi went back to the vets today, she's lost more weight n her breathing isn't getting much better despite the antibiotics n there's nothing else the vets can do , sadly we've just gotta keep her as comfortable and happy for as long as we can :( I'm gutted
