Dixie is a 2 year old girl, from strong working lines and BOY! does it show!! she is one seriously hyper, bouncy, in yer face dog. She definatley rides on the 'special bus' and would probably be in a staitjacket being fed valium if she was human. some of her habits include: Launching herself at a crate, whether the doors open or not, and has hedbutted the closed door more than once. Setting off random pack howling sessions by screaming like a banshee, and you have never heard anything like it! proper ear-splitting high decibel stuff! circling her cage at 120rpm when you open the van doors at training sessions. Bouncing up and down like a cat on crack when your tying to put on her harness. Wandering round randomly staring at other pack members with hear head cocked, just to wind them up. Spending 20 minutes pushing a beetle round the patio with her nose when all the rest of the dogs are fast asleep. Rather than greeting you by walking up with her tail wagging, she prefers to lauch herself at you from the other end of the room. vertical take-offs are a speciality! 6ft fence...forget it! She don't even touch the top on her way over. Turns a large marrowbone into a lethal weapon by picking it up and launching it across the room. Is strangely fascinated by 'shiny things' and fur. Grooming her, or anyone else is a nightmare. Is responsible for turning the two youngest girls in our pack into carbon copies of her. show career? no chance! she can't stand still for long enough. Also has a bunch of similerely deranged littermates, with the same scream. BUT.... she is one helluva working dog, who puts in a faultless performance every time, motivates the whole team and allows no slackers. Will run several miles and scream to do some more the minute you get back, and for this reason, we are considering having a litter from her next year, so we can have a few more loopy, hyper, non-sleeping, weird, but hardworking and very affectionate versions of her running round the place! :scared::boobies::fuckyou::151::gives: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
