OK for anyone with photoshop, here's a quick How to.

Get your two pics animal and teeth pointing in the right direction.

Cut the teeth out as a selection and paste over the animal.

Use Edit/ transform/and resize it to the same size as the animals mouth.

reduce the transparency of the teeth to about 50% and use

Edit/transform/warp to get the teeth to the shape of the mouth more accurately.

Bring the transparency back to 100%

Then on the teeth layer

create a layer mask and then paint out the portions of lips / gums / teeth not needed.

tweak with layer mask and warp until it fits perfectly.

you may need to use

Image / Adjustments to adjust colour / brightness / contrast

to get the teeth to match the colour scheme of the animal.

simples. .. lol :)

Nice one Andy, Just to add how i was doing it without photoshop:

- Get you origional picture and coulor the inside of the mouth with white in paint

- Save this and insert it into a word document set this 'in front of text'

- Insert the picture of the teeth and put this 'behind text'

- Make the white on the orgional picture 'transparent' and voila... the teeth appear

- Adjust the sizes whereyou need to

- 'Print Screen' and paste it into paint

- A little touching up and its done :D
