Well, as you will all remember, our poor Kenai pup passed away in December at just 10 weeks old. All we know is he had a massive infection and couldn't fight it. Well, his breeder was just as upset as we were. We took some time out over Christmas and even considered rescuing, but as Kodi is so timid we decided this wasnt the best thing for him. Kenai's breeder offered us another puppy, from a younger litter, and we chose this little guy. His name is Rudii and he is 12 weeks on Saturday. Thank you all for your lovely messages. All we know is he had an infection and wasn't strong enough to fight it. I haven't asked the vet what it was as I don't really want to know, we had Kodi checked out and he is clear of anything, which is all that matters to us at the moment. We have been offered another pup, but we are waiting until we get home from Spain in february. We have been completely heart broken over Christmas, but hopefully 2014 will be a bit brighter. Well, Kenai is finally home. We picked him up today. He is absolutely gorgeous, but soooooo tiny. Kodi was quite a hefty pup and very robust but Kenai is so small I keep thinking he will break! Lol. He is currently sat on my foot. There he is, our little tiny bear, and for size comparison

Lol, we are very excited. We did look at rescuing but we have a Cat and other small animals so not a very good idea, so we went back to Kodi's breeder the crate is up already, much to Kodi's chagrin, as he hasn't been crated for over a year, I think he thought we were going to put him in it again, lol.
