they need to start being tough on people, or change the way people are brought up, there are no consequences for their actions, so they do what they want.

do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

lets kick the offender in the head and fracture his skull. i wish i was the prime minister, i would change things. i would give parents, teacher and police their powers back

Public misled over puppy "kicked to death"

Like so many people we were horrified by the story of the teenage girl from Cambridgeshire left devastated after a group of youths killed Sandy, her Jack Russell puppy by stamping on its head. The attack happened in Priory Park in St Neots, in what police called "a callous and cowardly" attack.

The Sun even offered a reward for the arrest of the youths.

But now it seems that an investigation in to the death of the puppy has concluded that the dog died of a virus and showed no sign of injury! This is remarkable as apparently the initial vet who examined the animal told the RSPCA that the dogÂ’s condition was consistent with the account given by the puppyÂ’s owners of the attack.

One thing about the original story I thought odd, but didn´t report, was that the puppy had been replaced immediately by another one! I didn´t want to sound negative about the "poor" family in any way!

The incident generated huge media attention and everyone on PetStreet was really shocked by this appalling act of cruelty. Except it didn´t happen and a Cambridgeshire police spokesman said: “A detailed veterinary medical examination revealed that it was most likely to have died suddenly from a virus and showed no sign of injury." Thank goodness they didn´t arrest an innocent person when the initial hue and cry broke out.
