I don't know if Missouri, has any laws that apply here. I belive Illinois, and Iowa, both do. At the least, she needs to find another career; one that does not involve making decisions. rose Posted June 25, 2009 Report Share Posted June 25, 2009 thats awful, our dogs are flat out in the house in the morning/ evenings @ present & only awake to play etc @about 8,30pm when its cooling down a bit, walked very early in mornings & late in the evenings. If we are out of city with the dogs, they came with us up in the hotel rooms, we never let them in the car! Reputable handler- ha ha! Shame on her!
