sammie Posted May 23, 2009 Report Share Posted May 23, 2009 i agree saz, we see so many irresponsible dog owners where we live, one even tied his dog up to make it look like he was going into the shop to fetch somethin to scoop, he walked round the shoppin centre, and returned to the dog and untied and left, obviously thinking people had moved on and were no longer watching...he walked off like it wasn't his dog that did it! They need to enforce measures because the current ones don't work, we need to keep our streets clean it isn't pleasant for anyone to tread in a huge turd!
