My one challenge is when 'updates' pop up in my inbox, or new posts are in, and I click to 'come in' I'm just seeing the whole menu of listings but have no idea which one to go to? Can the colour change or an '*' go beside which ever new posting has come & where? And ... then readjust to original status once it's been read or opened by an individual member? The links (from my email inbox) to a direct response on a chat line is great as it takes me straight there. Sorry...am I making sense?
