erikkj2001
So I was at the local Publix Supermarket and I saw Ice Cream for dogs... One was Vanilla and the other was Peanut Butter. I had to get it! Needless to say Kino LOVES the Peanut Butter one... we haven't tried the vanilla one yet. Its really funny though because the first time he tried it he had about half of one then had a 10 minute sugar rush followed by a very pronounced sugar crash. He hasnt had the same reaction since but we have also been limiting how much he eats.

Chewbacca_&_me
hahahaha! doggie ice cream. When I was a kid we had a male husky called "sammie" and you couldnt go near him if you had ice cream or popcicles. He wouldnt steal but he was a great big beggar and you would have no choice but to share or leave the yard. I dont know why you'd have to get a "doggie ice cream" since they are more than happy to get a little bit of human vanilla ice cream, lol! Is it any less expensive? Mazz
The product I've seen is called "Frosty Paws". It's been around for about fifteen years in our area. Stuff tastes awful. But dogs love it. Here's what my wife makes for Zoya. The breeder we got Zoya from has the recipe on their Web site, but since she has puppies for sale right now, I did not think it fair to post a link to their site. Anyway, here's the recipe for "Frosty Husky": 1 32 OZ. carton of Vanilla Yogurt 2 Tbl. of Peanut Butter 2 Tbl. of Honey 1 Banana Blend in a blender. Pour into dixie cups, and freeze. Makes about 16, 2 oz. servings

wasp
There's an ice cream chain around us called Handel's that gives you a free cone with vanilla (very tiny cone and just a little ice cream) to dogs and they love it. I thought I had seen doggie ice cream last time I was the store but will have to look again this time. thanks for the heads up.
