I'm having a new patio laid and the girls were outside with me today helping to dig (not in the right places though I might add!) Mums 2 dogs decided to play in the pile of sand and were absolutely filthy

LOL at molly and rosie sand stained !!! hahaha

Looks like Storm and Mya were doing a great job at "helping" lol

You getting the patio where you said about?

Luckily mum laughed when she got home from work and saw them both!

Yeah, re-doing the patio that was originally there and extending it right across to the dogs paddling pool. It's back breaking work, think i'm going to be very sore tomorrow.

Will be worth it though and will look great!!

Question for you how did you sort your dogs paddling pool? Thinking of doing something like it here just not as high you know what shadow is like haha!

Yeah hopefully it will, going to get a water feature too ( Mya will love that!)

My brother built a rectangle framework of wood on wooden legs and put the hard pond liner inside the framework so that some of the pond edges were sitting on the framework (the base of the pond sits on some sand) then basically nailed the decking slates to each side of the framework. Then made the lid in 3 parts otherwise would be too heavy to lift in one go.
