So everyone knows that I'm getting rid of some stuff tomorrow that I'm letting go for free, but theres one thing in particular that I've decided to hold as the prize for a competition. I am still thinking out the competition as I am trying to include very little exercise to it for some people that may not be able to take part in heavy exercise.
