Skikes

Recommended Posts

I used to rollerblade a LOT when I was younger so hoping balancing shouldn't be too hard. They have brakes too which are apparently very good! You just straighten your legs to push the calf brace backwards against the rear wheels...I don't know the in's and out's but apparently they are better than disc brakes.

They are £145 new Skikes plus devliery and the poles range in price but around £30-40.

But I managed to get an "almost" brand new pair on eBay with 155cm poles for the bargain price of £112 including delivery. Woulda cost over £170 if bought new so I'm well chuffed with that.

I already have a walking belt and bungee and long tugs I can use as well as ladder leads so I can work out what's best for control etc.
