Free e-book to download.

Also a CD to buy "A Good Dog Every Day".

It is and has perpetually helped me with my lively and lovely boy who came to me at nine weeks. My girl came aged 2.5yo three yrs ago in Sep when he was two... and with guarding and possessive issues.

Still working on being less grisly to other dogs out on the high street, but repeated visits and distraction with a squeaky toy then a reward (for stopping the undesirable behaviour) is beginning to work!)

Time and repetition ... at least in 30 reps... over and over...

Good luck.

Nipping? Biting? All I can say is

Get training asap, pref from day one...

Frozen carrots help teething.

Positive reward for good behaviour. Ignore the bad .. however removing freedom for short spells helps too i.e., into their crate or on their bed... look at the website. I am going out on a limb here,   but do I detect you just might like huskies?    Fantastic what you have done for them  -  no wonder they look so happy,

You'd get my vote for husky mom of the year!

Gosh thankawoo.

I have many people/friends who I consider mentors & advisors and others whom I admire in their rescue work here in the UK and abroad.

Yes.. this breed is unique to ANY other canine I have been lucky to be owned by... [emoji6]

I grew up around exotic rare animals in Borneo - my mother Henny Mayhook was a rescuer/adopter/ fosterer of Orangutans, (nearly 50 over eight years) otter kits, lemurs, gibbons, Slow Loris', Macaque monkeys, anteateaters, two clouded leopard cubs (till age two then released way away), Sun Bears (two), baby crocs (meant for the cooking pot), so many abused/thrown away in bags): dogs, pups, cats & kittens; mouse deer #leg- released, Chestnut Bittern heron- #wing: released (she returned with a new mate to visit us).

3,500 laying hens - to replenish the inbred (& sickly) old stock in the area incl outlying distant kampongs (villages) too. Many birds - From folk leaving for home in the UK - plus wild injured or found at the market .. African Grey, Mynah, Philipino Cockatoo, White parrot, fallen baby bats - which I cared for & released seven of eight a week later. They stayed around the farm & would greet me late of a night if I was outside... (freaked out visitors though lol). Baby rats - even though the 30+ cats we had earned their keep too on the farm to keep this population down around the chicken stock pile. The chicks hatched en route over the three day flight journey from Australia arriving in 1,000 batches to us.

Mum really was a pioneer in her own right in what she did for the better of a very backward little town in Sandakan. (Gotta write a book). She introduced fridge freezers, Danish porcelain, (we are both Danes born there as is my sister) shop front wall-glass panes, was the first white woman to drive AND work including manually creating and building the chicken farm, building our labourers home on stilts (later became ours when we moved out there; installing a generator, so electricity! creating running water to the home via pipework 500 yards from 1,000 gallon circular tanks (three built) for water storage run off from the three 1500 hen open range buildings. All off Britannica Encyclopedia.

She read, learned and applied. Incl mechanical.

I owned in my late 20's & after: Boxers, Labrador, rescued Weadon and then fell in love with & bred Westies for several years - I lost my Polly & Wesley two years ago & was heartbroken; prior to this and after taking over Chester at three months (then Jesse) when my son couldn't/ wouldn't commit to looking after him, (he had wanted one for months and a friend persuaded me to take the last (little runt) of the litter). Chester was eight months and pined dreadfully. No doggy friends around! Hubby said no more pups so I researched +++ into Huskies & their full history, plus everything else on their care, and decided on a female then looked - over three months and found Eski on Gumtree! Wasn't aware of the rescue orgs - just the shelters, kennels and pounds ... and how MANY were already out there.

My neighbour who had GSD's in trng & agility said I would rue the day in getting a Husky.

I was determined to prove her wrong and have. [emoji23]🤣 Twice.

If I could have more of this increfible breed, I would. Yes damn hard work.

No - I don't go abroad (although dog passports are just £85.00 [emoji848][emoji6]) but I am going to my only niece's wedding in Bahamas in March 2018, and hubby is staying back to mind the woofs... he did too when a BFFL booked me on a surprise four day sun trip to Spain this year after a gruelling year of over 60 Hosp trips/emergencies/treatment with my older sister with big 'C'. (Since last Sep - still ongoing but quieter now) ... [emoji52]

Maybe if I really wanted a third divorce ... this would be how? Rofl. 🤣

Life is never dull .. still play brass, just a tad slower lol
