We’ve got a new rug today to go with the flooring and I have to say that Ice in particular is happy as he’s not slip sliding around the room on the laminate anymore, lol.

BEAR
She’s being a footrest, lol.

PEPPER
She’s feeling a lot better after her spay. Here’s a rare moments where she’s not charging around the house like a gremlin.

Thanks everyone.

Ice loves it. He’s not a fan of hard surfaces. Beds, sofas and anything plush is his preference, a man of luxury, lol.

When he was little he hardly ever ripped up his own bed but he did like to tear up the other dog’s beds. Wanted the fun of ripping things up but not the inconvenience of ending up with nothing to sleep on, lol. He also has a thing for having “things” that are his own. He gets so excited to have something that’s his. That’s why he’s always wearing that little red bandana on a collar. He hates taking it off. I put it in the wash when he had pancreatitis coz he threw up on it and when he was feeling better I showed it to him and he jumping up and down, wagging his tail for it, lol. He’s a funny one.

Bear used to rip up pillows, mattresses and duvets. She’d go right through the covers to get to them, new ones were her favourites to rip up. We went through a fair few too. [emoji23]

Pepper I’m watching on the rug as when we first took her on, her previous owners had toilet trained her with a pee pad. [emoji30] consequently she ended up weeing on anything left lying on the floor as a substitute. She also liked to put her scent on a freshly made bed by peeing on it [emoji85]. Thankfully she’s outgrown that now, but I was watching her like a hawk when she first sniffed that rug. Lol.
