loudlucky Posted July 1, 2017 Report Share Posted July 1, 2017 After lots of consideration, I switched Vets and both Huskies had to get their yearly shots last week. With Tsunami I was a bit worried, so I took him there a week or so before, just to weigh him and it went pretty okay, but I avoided any people or dogs, just not to spook him on the first visit... When it came to his appointment last week he didn't really want to get in the car that afternoon, but with convincing he got in. At the Vets, he didn't want to get out of the car! So I started playing with him on the back seat and manouvered him out the door! Lol He had NO issues going into the building or in the waiting area until a lady came up to pet him... I explained to her his situation and she only touched his back foot, she saw he was stressed and left him alone. After that he was a bit nervous, but no panic attacks or anything! He walked into the vets office and I picked him up onto the table. He was a bit unsure of the Vet touching him, but she was awesome with him!
