Sarah
he could be going through a fear period, don't molly coddle him when he gets scared though - remember he's a dog not a child.......ignore him and when he isn't acting afraid of the object, praise him

Jamie_426
is the dog excited or submisive to the door ? because ears back could mean excited or submisive so when the ears are back is his tail wagging ?
BingBlaze n Skyla
it wasnt when he was at the door tho it was once he was in the garden he normally gets excited 2 go out but never puts his ears bk when hes about 2 go out

Jamie_426
ok so normal to be ears back tail wagging what i would do is use food to bring the dog out of the dog make the dog use his nose to go outside so he will relate to going out as food time so nothing bad can happen what else can i help you with ? Jamie_426
ok thats fine the main thing iv'e learnt is make your dog face it's fear and show it nothing bad will happen with the husky ive never seen one that is not in love with food but food is not always the answer my husky when a bit younger was scared of the hoover so i made him withstand the hoover i didn't do it tense i just gave him a massage when he did it
