Emma
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/people/news/oxo-advert-star-and-loose-women-panelist-lynda-bellingham-confirms-terminal-cancer-following-yearlong-battle-9760316.html Just read this article. Lynda Bellingham is nothing short of an absolute legend! It's so incredibly sad to hear that she's losing her battle with this horrible disease that takes the lives of so many good people. I truly hope that she gets to see in christmas and the new year surrounded by her family.
Martian
Emma, We read an article written by Lynda, herself, in our Sunday paper, yesterday, and it was very moving. Despite the pain and heartache there was absolutely no self pity in her account. At least we continue to make further advances in both the detection and treatment of cancer although there will always be many families for whom the advances come just a little to late in the day unfortunately. stormchaser09
She seems to have alot of dignity. I hope her final few months are as painfree as possible so she can concentrate on leaving her family happy memories.
Val (Zebedee)
I have loved watching her, even in the old Oxo adverts. Such a brave lady, I hope she can continue to make special memories for her family to treasure when she has gone

NOBELHOWLUC49
My heart goes out to her family, and my admiration for the decision she has made. A brave woman as well as a warm hearted and funny. I hope she has a lovely christmas with her family. Cancer is a battle that one day I hope we will win.
