laura_3173 Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 I was just wondering how often everyone washes their husky i know they have a self cleaning coat but after a while they start smelling really doggy if that makes sense! Since we have had Lex (since last June) we have washed/had him washed 3 times but 1 of those times he was absolutely filthy so we had to wash him! raindog Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 Ours keep themselves pretty clean (apart from the occasional mudbath when we're training or racing): The mud just falls off when it dries (usually in the van or on the sofa) leaving them clean. We tend to bath them when we've got a big show coming up, so 5 of them will be getting a bath on Wednesday next week ready for Manchester Championship Show on Friday.
