For uploading pics, when you're typing out your post from a pc or laptop: at the bottom right you should see the 'more reply options' button, if you click on that you'll find it brings up more options, at the bottom is a paperclip icon, you can browse your images here (they need to be under 3mb i think?) and then click on the 'add to post' option and hey presto! you should have pictures on your thead.
