Mistyrayn Posted January 7, 2009 Report Share Posted January 7, 2009 realised not done recent post on my non smoking.... so here you are im at about day 24 ( lost count ) still no fags even over xmas and especially with the going out wearing a dress new years eve .. that was a challenge new years eve.. think my body is really cleaning out now... had a cough for last few days and i feel like S==t .. got more mouth Ulcers than i can count.. get rid of one lot more come.. realyy getting uncomfortable now... so nurse tells me its one poss side effect of pills... AAARRRRGGHHH still getting moments where i fancy smoke.. but i look at pic of my girls ( Tikaani & Nikita ) and remember why im doing this.. don't want a smoke after that... allready saved enough money to go out and get all the paving etc for their kennel area.. LOL ill have to post some pics of how their area looked ( undug ), how it looks now ( all dug up ) and then when ive finished paving it. thanks for reading and thanks for the support of you all.. it really has made a difference knowing that you have rooted for me aswell.. besides i couldn't take the ear bashing from certain people if i started again LOL i wont mention any names S**** but you know who you are !!!! I have never smoked myself (my mum and dad both smoked and that put me off bigtime!) but I have worked with heroin users who were able to give up heroin, but couldn't kick the tobacco habit.
