You'll find theres a fair group of working folk train at Thetford. Can't personally name any off the top of my head, but why not pop along early morning for a vist, see whos around and have a chat.

Also not sure on what the permit rules are there? Some areas require a permit for scooters, others don't, so worth double checking :)

we sometimes go to thetford to train but only when we get a week permit which is only once a year maybe so not that often, we used to have a full permit & train each wkend but the rules have changed alot now & i think you can take 1 dog/ scooter without a permit but best to check with forestry commission 1st. We used to be able to take a bike/ run the dogs in front of the bike a few years ago without permits but its all changed now. Amanda palmer on here is running the open rally in thetford/ brandon, i was thinking of running kavik @ it with the bike if they have a bikejor class that is. Going back to running your sibe with the scooter, i would as someone said go to the forest & see folks running their dogs early morning but can't remember the numbers of the gates they train at. I know one is on the road past Lakenheath runway just before the town of Brandon & 1 at highlodge , the forestry commission will be able to tell you where the husky folk train i would of thought. Not sure how far from cambridge you are as we have a few areas around here to run dogs.
