James Posted August 11, 2011 Report Share Posted August 11, 2011 That will mean it has to share its bandwidth, cpu load (2 cores) and the harddisk space (all the photos ever uploaded here are still here!) with other guest VMs. VMs are good for idling servers but this one definitely isn't But since you'd be sharing the VMs witho ther businesses it would be cheaper, also unless it was with more idle servers, the HO server would take most of the resources as VMs can be set to dish out resources actively when the servers require it ^_^.
