PolarStorm
mmmm . . . .this is interesting . . im gonna hedge my bets here and say that perhaps our vets are using different brands of jabs therefore different length of time?? maybe I should just wait until the weekend or even after just to make sure?? Tamz
I don't think I can wait much longer to be honest! She got her first set 2 weeks ago and it has been a loooong two weeks! it does seem to go on and on and on forever lol......but once they get out properly its great..until they are strong enough to pull- which believe me isnt long...then you wont be as keen mwah ha ha ha.......id invest in a canny collar or halti i wont walk shiloh without mine now- i would get ripped into two pieces
Taylor Piskorski
We also were told 7 days, idk maybe it is different shots?
Indigo & Oisin
My vet told me 2 weeks was the point where it is 100% safe, but he said if I wanted 6 or 7 days should be okay Maybe your right, maybe it depends on the brand of Vaccination. HeatherZeman
After Lily received her 2nd round of shots, the vet told us it was okay to take her out after just 2 days, but to only really walk her around the neighborhood (familiar area with less chance of wildlife encounters and no streams/creeks/etc.). It wasn't until her 3rd set of shots that we could take her on real adventures!
BingBlaze n Skyla
ours was a week too but if ur vets told u otherwise then i wouldnt worry - just maybe keep her away from sniffing other dogs poop for a week? - ur gonna get stopped EVERYWHERE - dont walk her if u havent got long lol
