robke Posted July 6, 2023 Report Share Posted July 6, 2023 We sadly just said goodbye to Alpha aka Mr Whoo Whoo. He had a severe stomach infection two years ago and we nearly lost him then. Every day after was a bonus. It came back with a vengeance several days ago and he lost over 4kg suddenly. After the vets giving him medication they said his kidneys were shutting down and the infection was not going to go away. Stubborn bugger still wanted to go for a walk at 3 am this morning and could still pull me over trying to get to something this was because he also had dementia and thought he was a young pup again.
