Missy26 Posted April 10, 2021 Report Share Posted April 10, 2021 I got Duchess about 5 months ago from a rescue that was wanting to get her out of a high kill shelter in ND.From what I know, her previous owners kept her in a cage, and she is not fond of men. (Working on this) she loves my son who is 12 though and gets along well with other dogs. We have a morkie who is male and 4 years old. The size difference is amazing. But they keep each other company if I'm away from the house. We are working on basic leash training which is a struggle of course. We live in a small town and she has escaped twice. But came back on her own luckily. She's about 50LBS not spayed and I'm not sure if she's mixed with anything else. Oh. wolfpup Posted April 10, 2021 Report Share Posted April 10, 2021 A Lady like Duchess would expect a glass bowl at least (in the absence of a silver bowl) She certainly looks like she is making herself at home - although I would be trying to find her escape-routes ............. as they get older they tend to come back less and less.
