personally i would have their urine checked for an infection first to rule that out, then errrrr well perhaps a pee post to encourage them to pee in a certain place in the garden. The difficulty now is the smell (to them) is routed within the house.

Are they weeing while on the bed in a relaxed way or is it a purposful cock of the leg??

When they do go outside reward/treat IMMEDIATLY to encourage them to go outside

mine dont have beds they just sleep on the floor, they dont mind, and as its laminate its cool for them

agree with claire about the weeing thing , try and remove the smell of the wee if possible otherwise they will keep marking the area, skyla did this on the landing ALL the time till we ripped the carpet up, she doesnt do it anymore cuz the smell has gone

You can get special chemical treatments to put down to take the pheramone smell away... check with your local pet shop or pets at home for this.. clean all the areas you think hes gone in then get him on a potty schedual putting a lead on him every hour or so and taking him out in the garden.. use a comand word like "go pee" or something like that and praise when he does this, if you catch him going inside shout "NO OUTSIDE" and run to the door with him and take him to his spot he should go in praise if he then goes outside for you.... basically back to basic toilet training till hes got the message that inside is bad! :D

Until you get rid of the smell as said.. they'll continue..

Until you can get something special to remove the pet smell.. try a tub of bicarb of soda..

Before you go to bed sprinkle the entire carpet with it *as long as the dogs can't get in the room* and then in the morning hoover it up..

It will atleast get rid of some of the smell until you can get something that is made to remove the pheremones..

Also I agree - back to basics on the training.. I use the command toilet.. and everytime he went out as a pup he was praised - although if you are teaching a command wait until just as they finish to use it when teaching - or they could end up being distracted and then they'll go elsewhere too..
