chelseafan
I put a little out for the birds nesting, just wondered if there's anything else it could be used for. Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners mobile app

Emma
Some people get crafty with it but I'm rubbish at that kind of thing. Knitting was never my strength either, ended up with more loops than I started with, lol. I was terrible at it [emoji23]I hate to admit it but most of mine ends up dumped in the bin with the other household waste. chelseafan
I thought about asking a local lady to knit me a scarf but does it have to be treated? I've a black bin bag full, it's too nice to put in the bin.Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners mobile app
Maz51
The birds will live it. I peg tufts onto the fence or bird table or link fence [emoji1]Sent from my SM-G900F using Husky Owners mobile app
Jo
Amy hasnt shed any fur yet but our last dog needed constant brushing ( altho prob not the mountain of fur you guys seem to get!!!) and I used to leave it in the garden, amazing to watch the birds collect it - lots of cozy nests!!! chelseafan
There's got to be a market for the mountain of fur collectively, if you can sell a bag made out of a snake or a pair of crocodile shoes, imagine a coat made out of husky fur........... just kidding! Rachael_Astro
I do the same [emoji4] I put some in the hedge behind my house and some at the park! And last year I used some for a egg decorating competition in work, Astro's fur was the wolfs tailSent from my iPhone using Husky Owners mobile app

chelseafan
My son read the post about the fur and thought I was saying husky fur coat, just to clarify I meant a coat from the blow out fur! chelseafan
The more I think about it, I'd wear a jumper made from the fur, or even stuffing for pillows or quilts........[emoji3]Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners mobile app
Rachael_Astro
I wish Canada Goose would use blown out husky fur instead of coyote fur! Makes me so angry when I see people wearing them! chelseafan
Is that why they're so expensive, wonder why husky fur hasn't been considered, after all they're used to arctic conditions so it makes sense it'd keep you warm. I wonder whether the Chukchi ever used it for anything.Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners mobile app

chelseafan
That's just plain wrong, what is wrong with people. Husky blow out fur has to be warmer than coyote. Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners mobile app
