This is due to url rewriting that I have just added to the forum for search engines. All sent from now should work fine. When I click on the link in any of the notification emails that came through *earlier* today - i.e. before the fix, I get taken to the 1st post in the thread. Notifications that have come through since then take me to the first unread, as it should be. Obviously I am working through the ones from earlier today (playing catch up!) so subsequent notifications will work fine.
