Taylor Piskorski
Does anyone know where I could by a pet gate that is hinged to the doorway and swings open and closed like a door? I am moving March 1st into an old victorian house with plaster walls, and the living room does not have a door, just an archway opening. I wanted to keep the doggies out of the living room, so I'm looking for a pet gate that attaches to the wall and I can open and close for the humans to walk through. I'd rather that than silly baby gates that I'd have to climb over (with my short legs that's very difficult!). Any advice or ideas would be appreciated! sutsibe
My parents have a Regalo swinging gate across the doorway to their basement, and it seems to work quite well. Here's a link to several gates by this company in different sizes... http://shopping.yahoo.com/search?p=regalo%20gates
Taylor Piskorski
Thanks Jennet and Gigi, the hubby and I will be looking through those when he gets home so we can decide which one to get!
sutsibe
The one Jennet has looks very like the one my parents have, so I assume it's the same brand... Mom's out shoveling, and my dad didn't recall where they'd gotten it (long story, with her shoveling and him in! They're in their late 70s, and Mom's Superwoman, and Dad has some pretty severe breathing problems - and Mom's stubborn, and always has something to prove, lol!)
