Last week heard on radio a Judge release a man from prison in a bizzare Kafkaesque situation. It seems this guy went to work and going to his car was arrested by the police and put in prison. The facts before the judge came out. It turned out the guy had got into a altercation with a neighbour who took him to court and the magistrates gave out a ASBO forbidding the guy from going in the street. ( A ASBO is a anti social behaviour order). Problem was no one informed the guy to let him defend himself in court or the result of the court case or the ASBO details.
