They have another lab, fenced in yard and nearly 20 years experience with Labradors and they didn't seem to be upset at all with his crazy puppy antics. At first he wanted to just go back in the house with me because he's so loyal but they patted and played with him and let their other lab play with him... Speaking of which he's got a girlfriend now lol (spayed) and exceptionally healthy looking for being 7 years old. So he hopped right into their truck and smiled at me as if to say "I'm ok mom" I'm very pleased that I finally got him the home that I was looking for him to get. I'm so very happy (sad as moms always are) but glad to know hes in good hands. Because tonka came here I learned a lot about therapeutic canine massage, heating and cooling for muscle injuries, more about healing abused puppies and more about Labradors in general.
