Lucy
Just wondering if anyone is planning on going to the AMWA Welcome and training or the Rally the day after? For any one who hasn't got the datails yet Welcome and Training day is http://www.amwa.co.uk/Training%20and%20Welcome%20to%20Working.pdf and the rally http://www.amwa.co.uk/Buttersteep%20Rise%20October%2009.pdf I'm going for both days, and taking Fran (Lyns daughter)....we're both running our first rally there! I'm doing a 2 dog and Fran is doing the junior class! Will be more than happy to get round safely without any mishaps! Wish us luck

raindog
We'll be there for the Rally on Sunday. Our son Jayson is running his first 4 dog race and our friend Ronnie is running some of our other dogs. This was Jayson at his first ever race last season: Mick

raindog
Excellent! Hope to see you there! Really looking forward to running somewhere completely new! My girls love going somewhere new! It's not a bad trail as long as the rain holds off. Last season there were some really nasty stretches of thick, black mud as well as some waterlogged bits. It's very dry in the forest at the moment, but that might change in 12 days........ Mick
Lucy
LOL! Fingers crossed it stays dry! Are there any big hills??? Not done loads of hill training yet this season....been doing more at Sherwood than Wharncliffe but think we'll head to wharncliffe a couple of times next week!
