Pauly/Ziva Posted October 27, 2011 Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 The normal way of tuning it off and back on again using the power button sometimes doesnt work when its frozen but if that doesnt work you can press the power button and the menu button at the same time for about 10 seconds it forces a restart. WAG-wan Posted October 27, 2011 Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 There is normally a master reset pin hole someplace on tech like that. But failing that you may also want to try removing its micro sim if the sync fails to deliver next time. Sync is you first port of call though. Sounds crazy but temperature can greatly effect electronics also so if you have been out in the cold for a while this can cause issues so making sure it's at near normal room temp before syncing would be beneficial if it fails the first time Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
