you really need to measure properly or you will totally waste your money and it may not fit your dog properly so not being supportive etc!! if you go on to country hounds or snowpaw store they have clear instructions how to measure your dog. different makes have different measurements so keep that in mind when you buy one but it needs to fit your dog well (snug round the neck but be able to get your fingers between harness and the dog and snug along the body and the harness ending (the actual harness and not the loop you attach the lines to) at the base of the tail.

if you are trying to keep your budget down then there have been loads for sale 2nd hand on mushers exhange recently however this is the cheapest your gonna get

but country hounds is very reasonable

I wouldnt say its advisable to purchase lines 2nd hand due to wear and tear and unless inspected well they may quickly snap. there was recent info regarding this on another forum.
