As the only realistic sub-simulation game I could find, you play as a WWII sub destroying ships and airplanes with torpedos, deck guns, and AA guns. There are great realism settings like you have to worry about having enough compressed air (to return to the surface), having enough battery power (to run your engines), having enough fuel, and having a good oxygen level. I learned a lot about sea navigation and planning ahead (both useful skills) within the first hour of playing. The demo is pretty awesome but I just bought the full version of the game a few days ago.
