Sparks
if you are on windows 7, click the little battery icon in the bottom right of your screen and then click Adjust Screen Brightness if not, go into your control panel, then click hardware and sounds, then click power options and there you should be able to adjust the brightness

Rich & Kody
It's on XP
Sparks
ahh ok, so on XP go to your control panel, then click appearance and themes, then click Display click the settings tab, then click advanced, then you have to click your graphins Tab, will either be Nvidia, ATi , Geforce Etc. once you have clicked that, depending on your graphics card, you will have to open the video card settings. then select the colour settings adjustments, there will be a slider to change it.
